Retention and Deletion of Your Personally Identifiable Information: Ransomes retains your Personally Identifiable Information only as long as is necessary for supplier evaluation purposes.

For Potential Suppliers Located Within the United States: In the event that a business relationship with Ransomes is not established, we will retain your Personally Identifiable Information for a period of up to 12 months if not otherwise notified by you.

For Potential Suppliers Located Outside the United States: Your company profile, including Personally Identifiable Information, will be retained only as long as necessary to complete the supplier evaluation process (generally 6 months).
